Oladapo Ojo (D.O)
Group Managing Director
Oladapo Ojo popularly called DO, is a go - getting Nigerian with a penchant for innovations. A calculated serial entrepreneur, with a deep knowledge of content creation, his passion for affecting the world is seen in his massive investment along the production value chain within the education, technology and media landscape. DO came into marketing communications in 1992 and soon found his niche in TV production. He has created, produced and directed various projects unique projects such as PZ Your Choice; StyleQuest makeover show, Bacchus Luventure dating TV & radio shows, Unilever’s Tasty living as well as documentaries and TV commercials for Johns Hopkins University (JHU), Nigeria Distillers Limited (NDL), National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) and many other programs. In 2004, DO founded DM Audiovisuals with the sole purpose of using media content to drive the marketing communication needs of discerning multinational companies which he excelled in with projects like: HOUSE4 Talent Hunt reality show, Guinness Friend or Foe, GSK’s Lucozade Boost Freestyle, and Nestle GoldMorn Rockazz to mention a few. DO’s quest to break new frontiers in the audiovisual content, production and broadcast market, led to the formation of DM Holdings Limited, a holding company with subsidiaries that make up the structure of his vision for content & broadcast development in Africa. The functions of the subsidiaries include media marketing & buying, content generation & production, studio & broadcast equipment leasing. With three (3) state-of-the-art full HD TV studios (including the biggest studio in West Africa) and world-class equipment, DM Holdings has become an industry leader in pioneering major entertainment developments in the African market with the creation, and development of programmes such as Cowbellpedia national mathematics TV quiz; InterswitchSPAK National Science Competition, in Nigeria and Kenya; SingtheSong- a music game show, Champ inter-school national quiz contest, WordSmith National English Language Contest, and Ongacious, a lifestyle and family culinary show. DO’s interest in story telling has also led to the conceptualization and production of several drama series and commissioned movies such as Emerald, Unayi (the Police Station & Health Centre), ThirtyMinutes, Swing, Trulis and Tousled. In 2021, DO founded CruxDeals limited, an organization with special focus on using technology to deliver educational and lifestyle solutions for everyday needs in Africa. Oladapo Ojo, an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan Africa University), has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a first degree in Banking and Finance. Funmilayo Oladapo Ojo (D.O)
Executive Director
Funmilayo Oladapo-Ojo is a Human Resources/Administrative expert. She is a Management and Organization Development Consultant who specializes in human resources issues and management development to create forward thinking workplaces. She experimented her expertise in Human Resources Management for 5 years as an Admin/ Accounts coordinator in Landover Aviation Company from where she joined DM Holdings in 2010 as a Management Consultant. She holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the Lagos State University.(LASU)FOO’s result-driven zeal has in no small measure improved the company’s performance
Joseph Onyia
Group Head Production
Joseph Onyia is a professional Audiovisual Editor Joseph cut his teeth in the audiovisual production and entertainment world with DM Audiovisuals. He is proficient in Final Cut, Motion, Life type, Soundtrack Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Avid, Premiere. Joe as he is popularly known at work, holds a BTech degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). After his early years of training at DM Audiovisuals in 2005, Joe went on to work with some of the leading Audiovisual production houses in Nigeria such as Sound City, Tommy's Playhouse and Inspire Africa then came back to head the DM Holdings Post production team in 2008. Joe has handled a number of world class projects such as Don't Forget the Lyrics, Three Crowns Royal Family Game Show, Moments with Mo, Lucozade Boost Freestyle, The Academy, SoundCity Special, Friend or Foe and Livin Football, Emerald Drama Series, CowbellPedia and so many other Documentaries Movies and drama series.
Kazeem Olorunfemi
Group Head Finance/Business Support
Kazeem Olorunfemi a seasoned Accountant and Administrator is the Group Head Finance/Business Support unit of DM Holdings Limited. An associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Kazeem holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy and is currently undergoing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Lagos Kazeem rose to the position of an audit senior with a successful firm of Chartered Accountants before he joined DM Holdings in 2011 as Finance Manager. An expert in financial management, financial reporting and tax consultancy, his versatility no doubt has made him relevant in different areas of the company’s operations thus earning him the promotion to oversee both the Finance and Business support arm of DM Holdings in 2017.
